already in proposed repo of 17.04, x 1.19.1 in canonical x team ppa most likely it will be pushed to proposed in next two weeks

I am afraid I wasn't able to find amdgpu-experimental. What do you mean exactly?

I think he refers to radeonsi support in the amdgpu kernel driver. AFAIK it's still experimental but it can be enabled at compile time.
