    If someone is confused - Vulkan per se doesn't suffer from stuttering because the dev is in control when the shaders ACTUALLY get compiled, unlike in OpenGL where the API has commands to compile but in reality the (OpenGL) drivers under the hood delay the shader compilation for as long as they want.
    Just my 0.04$ (adjusted for inflation)
