Ridiculous. Gallium, lavapipe, nouveau, all those stupid names that create confusion. Why not call a spade a spade ??

It is not marketing, just discoverability. Developers and linux users are endusers. Searching for "enabling lavapipe on linux" will get better results than "enabling software vulkan implementation on linux"

Real life problem I have: I am using conan c++ package manager. Whenever I search "conan <how to something>" I get search results for Conan the comedian/show host, so I always need to explicitely add "conan package manager <how to something>"
