I just heard back from Paulo Dias (Padoka) and he advises he will be updating Padoka stable soon.

    Awesome!

I feel like the fact nobody read the Mesa release note and noticed SPIR-V and thus OpenGL 4.6 is missing shows how unimportant it is.

Microsoft is not much of a threat to me since I don't use Windows and I have Microsoft banned in my network
Google is a bigger threat because they. are. everywhere.

Furthermore, if I remember correctly, GitHub isn't hosted at Microsoft yet?

You have to register. Again. I was absolutely happy with my old account, I don't see why I have to make a new one, and accept another agreement. Besides, they require some of my sensitive info to register, I'm not gonna provide that. So, I decided against reporting any bugs at all.

I know it's not ideal, but in the meantime You could try this PPA (it atleast has MESA 19.2-rc4):

Please reconsider, btw. Chromium doesn't work (falls back to SwiftShader) with Sandy Bridge HD 3000 on Tumbleweed with your LLVM9 repo (and possibly all other Mesa 19.3 repos, too) - the AMD 6770M does work ok though.

No, I am not going to live with this freaking VA-API hang. I don't feel like rebooting my machine whenever it wants me to. I just want to record and let that be it.
