Phoronix: GraphicsFuzz Acquired By Google To Focus On Fuzzing Android GPU Drivers

GraphicsFuzz is the company that started out via university research into fuzzing GPU drivers and finding many graphics driver bugs along the way. After forming the company GraphicsFuzz, the researchers took to fuzzing from the web browser with WebGL. That company has now been acquired by Google...

Can someone explain to me: Is it possible to use Freedreno stack on custom roms like LineAge OS?

You would first need heavy backporting of the Kernel driver, Qualcomm still uses the 4.4 Kernel on their latest SOCs.

Alternatively you could meet somewhere in the middle and forward port the BSP to 4.9, and backport Freedreno changes to 4.9, or go all the way to 4.14.

What else is in the BSP that isn't part of a mainline kernel & graphic stack yet?
PostMarketOS and people like https://blog.forkwhiletrue.me/pages/midas-mainline/ and other work heavily on getting devices mainlined

Sending specially crafted random data to a program/driver/etc. to try to trigger bugs nobody knew about.

The company was sold and they didn't find an issue with the Mesa drivers, the only bug filled the shader was incorrect or was using undefined behavior AFAIR
