    all the system stuck on opengl 3.0 it's not a question of single program!!!! I install nvidia drivers and this driver supports the 4.6 opengl so the question is that only the core profile should run.

      The drivers support GL 4.5 just fine, it's the ARB_Compatbility extension they lack support for. And that's coming, it just seems to be slow and obviously isn't the highest priority right now.
