      These open source coders, they are working on open source code, but if is not working is Nvidias (private company) fault, not their.. Classic Linux hypocrisy..

          Michael you used the term "overclocking", but it isn't this. With those patches you don't get higher clocks than Nvidia.

              Because its not working 'thanks to' Nvidia policy about releasing firmware. Developers can't workaround this without Nvidia firmware, so this is Nvidia fault, not developers. They are programmers, not wizards.

              It's not hypocrisy, only Your misunderstanding. Or maybe classic Windows hypocrisy - when hardware on Windows doesn't work it's manufacturer fault, but when hardware on Linux doesn't work then it's Linux and developers fault. Funny.

                well to be fair, there is a way to get it working, but anything we can come up is not possible to do for users.
