AMDGPU DC Patches To Test This Christmas

Hopefully DC will be enabled soon by default for Polaris.

Doing that at this time would dramatically increase the number of users experiencing stability issues. Right now I am glad the only system I equipped with a Polaris GPU is one for entertainment purposes, only. I have to use DC on it (cause otherwise no HDMI 2.0 support), but it crashes on me like every other day.

For the latest GCC?

I don't know, but wouldn't that enable compilation with instructions not present on a Ryzen and lead to segfaults?

pretty sure that everything that haswell has ryzen has too (and more)
