If you are not happy by standard body like Khronos Group then make your own, like Microsoft or Apple

That is what they do, make their own API and ask people to use it... or better to say push, push, push people to use it

As I said before, the teams working on the currently closed source Vulkan, OpenGL, and OpenCL drivers work on a OS agnostic code base. The vast majority of the work goes to support all OSes. If we decided not to support Linux with those drivers, it wouldn't suddenly free up tons of resources to work on something else. Those other OSes still need drivers.

Hardware? Driver? Does that have GL 4.5?

It was no joke about country, as every country ssl handle different as they all uses something else eńcryption.... but this look like XCB error just, so driver related maybe.

Does GUI appear, but only crash when you start bench, on fullscreen or something?

I am not this app dev, just guessing

It simply seems to be broken on Debian (and family) atm.

What makes you think that? Gallium3D was intended exactly to support multilple "WinSys", including Windows. That the Windows support is not complete or fully functional is mainly due to lack of interested developers AFAIK. AMD could switch to using the Gallium3D driver for Windows instead, but they would also have to write state-trackers for the recent Direct3D versions since more than d3d9 would be needed, and Direct3D12 is probably too low-level for Gallium3D, like Vulkan.

In an ideal world that would happen, but I can't see AMD throwing out all their legacy code and investing in bringing the Windows WinSys up to scratch, and adding compatibility profiles to Mesa, especially with Vulkan and d3d12 here now. I suppose it could be possible if they focused their proprietary efforts on Vulkan/d3d12 and use Gallium3D for legacy OpenGL/Direct3D and older Windows versions. Maybe.
