I can make 20161020, 20161019 and 20161018 builds if they need you to narrow it down further. Although, it's likely one of the DAL updates made on the 21st.
As well, I'll be making a build tonight based on the latest code, just in case I broke something, but I don't believe this is the case.

Not to sound like a broken record, but I would suggest reporting it to https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/amd-gfx, as I work on this in my free time and I can't reproduce it on my personal card. Plus, I'm not sure QA would let me borrow cards for extracurricular projects

Now if AMD staging could just rebase to kernel 4.8, we'd really be all set for F25
