I did not find one for GL_ARB_clear_texture.

GL_ARB_shader_atomic_counters is in - we have 4.2
GL_ARB_shader_storage_buffer_object is in too.

GL_ARB_compute_shader - the only one missing for 4.3 is very, very close (based on the comments of reviewers)
GL_ARB_enhanced_layouts - the only one missing for 4.4 is even closer - v4 patchset has a single minor comment

I wouldn't be surprised to have 4.4 by end of this week.

It looks like we will have GL 4.3 on next release, at last for radeonsi, all needed extensions are on mailing list and under review.

And i also think that there's some implemented in mesa that's not in Gallium3D state tracker like the recently added ATI_fragment_shader that been in mesa since 2004.

Well ATI_fragment_shader as an example was implemented by a guy that uses it. I think that's fair. If it's being used by someone, even if it's optional, it'll be a good idea to implement it.

there are some even older optional extensions not implemented by mesa. gl3.txt does not list optional ones
