      AMD was like: Yeah, you guys think we're just Vulkan around all day, but we are working Vulkan hard to get that Vulkan driver out the door.

              tell me is the AMDGPU suppert for 390x (gcn 1.1)? from what i googled it supprort but it still not a default in the kernel , is it right?
