Open-Source AMD Iceland/Topaz Support No Longer Considered Experimental

Amdgpu does not support Oland. You see here here what driver supports what and what is amd product names.

Amdgpu have support for Oland XT.
Oland XT is Radeon family chip. (searched by Googe)

After that error by Google searching & official wiki i find solution:
I added radeon.runpm=0 to my kernel parameters and it works.

Kernel 4.5.1 (Arch linux) offer amdgpu support for my card.

Anyway to force higher clocks? It still seems to run at the lowest possible (with the Michael's drm-next-4.7 kernel for *buntus). Will the becoming amdgpu-pro driver support better power management for the Mobile parts?

There is no power management support for topaz/iceland chips yet.
