dual head framebuffer console?

Hi all,
does the kernel radeondrmfb driver support giving me 2 framebuffers for 2 monitors so that I can use the multihead feature of the fbcon? (Note this is not dual head X, which works ok.)

The fbdev layer does not have a concept of multiple displays per adapter so it's not really possible which out improving the interface or hacking up the driver to expose muliple fbdev devices. I think you should be able to do what you want with kmscon (http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/kmscon/) since it uses the drm KMS modesetting interfaces directly rather than using the fbdev emulation layer.
