    It actually had nothing to do with power states, it was the interrupts for the additional work on the gfx pipe that helped retire the fences quicker since the UVD interrupts weren't working.

    P.S.
    Flash player hardware acceleration doesn't work anymore since one/two months: flash player crashes 90% of the times when you start a video. Is it a known regression?
