  • Dynamic Power Management and the number 92

    Hello everybody!!

I had been using the radeon.dpm kernel option with a lot of success for a short time. However since the past couple of weeks it's been causing my system to crash. I can manage to log in to gnome/unity but after about 10-20 seconds the screen flickers for a while then I see a black screen with the number 92 at the bottom right corner. I have tested this with Arch, Fedora 19 and Ubuntu 13.10. All exhibit the exact same problem.

Anyone know if it's a problem with the kernel or with mesa or with Xorg? It started appearing after the second update to the 3.11 kernel but I can't be sure. I can not manage to get any information at all as the system completely locks up and I can't even switch to another VT. I would love to file a bug report if only I knew what and where the problem is.

Anyone else at least experiencing the same issues or is it just me?
