Are you using gl_finish 1 from the console in each Source game?

No, which is why 13.8 didn't fully solve my problems like I thought it did. When I cranked up quality settings, the input lag came back. I tried gl_finish 1 in all the Source games that recognize--hence NOT L4D2--and it worked like a charm. A shame the command isn't implemented in L4D2.

I knew that the Windows Beta was scheduled for today and with a new driver branch usually there's a Linux build aswell. However, 13.10 is just a rebranded 13.8 this time with Crossfire improvements, so probably no new Linux release just yet.
