When it comes to the RDNA 3.5 / RDNA 3+ integrated graphics found with upcoming AMD products, the graphics driver IP has been referred to as "GFX1150" and "GFX1151" of the AMD GFX 11.5 graphics IP. But now appearing today within the AMDGPU LLVM shader compiler is a new GFX1152 variant...

I'm excited to see what Strix Point Halo ends up being. IIRC some rumors from months back said a 16 core part with an iGPU competitive with a 6700 XT.

Kraken is the small version of Strix Point, like the Phoenix2 die was for Phoenix. 4x Zen 5 + 4x Zen 5c cores, 8x RDNA3.5 CUs, and it should retain the ~50 TOPS NPU.

Phoenix2 was 2x Zen 4 + 4x Zen 4c cores, 4x RDNA3 CUs, with no NPU. So by comparison Kraken is ready for Copilot+ or other AI stuff, and has a much better integrated graphics situation.

I'm not sure if dual-sourcing it from bad Strix Point dies is possible, because Strix Point has two core complexes.
