Performance tuning for MSAA image copy for games such as Rage2, etc.

Afaik, Rage 2 doesn't have MSAA. Only TAA and FXAA.

They might still use multisampling for some rendering even if they have no MSAA option in the settings.

That's weird, don't pretty much all modern games use deferred rendering these days which is incompatible with MSAA?
