But I know why you want it, to look for a poor justification to give Ngreedia money for a 4090, because we know very well that AMD is still not going head on after the gimmick called RT.

RT will stop being a gimmick when it runs at 4K@120 FPS on a US$ GPU with a power consumption of 200W tops.
"Portal RTX" is the actual name of the game, since it was modded/produced by Nvidia.

120fps@4k.. wow. Good luck with that even on non-RT AAA titles.

    Thanks alot!

Just had a look & found out it's officially Windows-only right now, but running it through Proton should be feasible thanks to the native Vulkan renderer...

    Jaw drop.
I am glad that you, Michael are getting GPUs for coverage from AMD, well done AMD. Can't wait to see actual reviews.

Since You already have a PTS profile for Portal, would it be possible to also include the newly released Portal RTX into Your test-suite?

It does have a Vulkan renderer that is driver agnostic, so in theory it should also work on AMD GPUs (at least with AMDVLK-Pro).

That game is as RTRT-heavy as it can get right now, so having it included would certainly be quite interesting.

For reference, here are some numbers from the Windows side:

I'm so happy that AMD has provided GPUs to Phoronix for testing. That's always a good sign.

I wish AMD could/would implement HDMI 2.1 in Linux. Seems Intel might be doing it.
