While ASPM can be useful for conserving power when idle, the ASPM support for Sienna Cichlid and future hardware is currently enabled by default unless booting with amdgpu.aspm=1.

Maybe not related with this exactly, but is ZeroRPM for Polaris finally enabled? Arch rolled 4.11 few days ago, but I'm not sure if it's on or not; what would be the easiest way to check?
