    Ok here my spec

Mandriva Linux 2009 latest catalyst driver 9.2

Here is my problem When compiz is enable (And also in some game like Glest even when compiz is disable) I have intermittent system freeze that last from a few second up to 45,60 sec. X become completely unresponsive. No mouse no Keyboard. This happen the most often when I'm using Firefox to browse the web or when watching a video (X11 output).

So anybody has a clues has to why or how ?

Just to be clear, the system freezes for a while then starts running normally again ?

If you pastebin your xorg log and dmesg output there might be some clues there.
