    Re: the comment about HDR panel support in 5.7 via brightness control from DP aux channel rather than PWM

    Will this end the complaint about the lack of freesync-HDR screens with proper FALD backlighting - necessary, allegedly, because freesync driver logic doesn't know how to handle FALD backlighting?

        It'd be nice if they'd y'know, actually fix the stuff that's broken, like Navi causing complete system freezes/crashes.

          At this point in time I'd be willing to pay $100 into a fund to get Freesync/Gsync working on multi-monitor setups, its just annoying that you need to disable all other monitors (which often have apps and monitoring software on them, inc chat clients etc etc...) to use adaptive sync technologies. (again something that isn't needed under windows).
