RADV Driver Adds VK_EXT_line_rasterization In Preparing For Eventual Vulkan CAD Apps
Those are actually line segments. Lines extend infinitely in both directions.

You still need to define them either with a vector(direction, n coordinates for n dimensions) and a passing point, so it's always strictly equivalent to specify two passing points
