    This is really great. Bravo to Gert Wollny and other independent(including formerly independent{Tim Arceri, Marek Olšák, and Kevin Brace come to mind}) developers who are still working (or have worked in the past) toward adding new functionality for cards that may be past their prime, but still offer decent performance in a lot of use cases.

    This is what open source is all about. Obsolescence should be the user's choice(or hardware failure), not the vendor's choice.

      That last driver update for TeraScale cards on Windows was in 2016. It's nice to see Linux is a better, still supported platform for these old GPUs, while on Windows your SOL.
