        Even tried
        amdgpu.dcfeaturemask=2 amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xfffd7fff runpm=1
        RX 580, Nitro+, 2 x same HDMI 60 Hz, here.
        Search for RX580 flickering.

        Oh, I'm on amd-staging-drm-next for such stuff and linked with Alex about.
