    I prefer RADV, but my LLVM is still the buggy 8.0.0 in LTS Ubuntu.

      The neat thing about Vulkan is that you can switch ICDs with hardly any difficulty. The AMDVLK driver is self-contained, too, so you can just download the binary and stick it somewhere and point VK_ICD_FILENAMES at it when you want to use it.

        Is anyone actually successfully using this (or any previous release) on the 5700 (XT?) yet? I still get only garbled output on that card.
