Vega 64 was not that chip. AMD's luck was the crypto boom and that the chip was good at it. If AMD can't do a chip that can beat at least the 2080, than there's no point to it.
Said Edison about Tesla's current and killed an elephant to prove it

That is not high end, but crazy end There is no point into growing only biggest GPU other than to point out - see mine is bigger

AMD maded before Fiji 596 mm, and Vega 64 as 486 mm and later is still faster than former... if they maded Vega 64 as size of Fiji they would be faster than nVidia 10, so what? What is a point of that as users would need to pay much more for it, would suck more uneeded power and so on and so on and so fort just to gain 5% of the market in whole from a less then 1% of people

Plus another 5% from marketing of people like you, to uninformed target who does not realise how doing biggest GPU in reality does not matter at all

Wast majority of people want cheaper things or at least at usual price, more than 99% of people really does not care about biggest chips Of course market counted in money is bigger than that, but only thanks to people who are ready to pay much more

Both AMD and nVidia even more year after year, gen after gen continusly increasing prices for biggest chips, but that is because less and less people buy them

Go on ebay - you can get them for very cheap and in good condition now that miners are trying to get rid of them.

So AMD can make powerful CPUs because they can just glue smaller dies together, for GPU they must design big dies from the start.
AMD and nVidia even more year after year, gen after gen increases price for biggest chips.

Valici boy, price continuosly increases also as less and less people wants them nor are interested to buy these

10 years ago card with biggest GPU from AMD had launch price $299 and current biggest Fiji costed $649, while Vega 64 is $499. ... with that increasment of prices for bigger dies in another 10 years that would be about $1699.

Future is Near, but who cares nVidia even asking to donate to them for FE cards, now go and donate there if you want bigger chips for even bigger prices For next gen they would ask for double donations, so go there and just do it

This crazy-end really reminds me on Edison killing animals, to prove nothing

How are the bearings on the fans after being run for months continuously?

Polaris really isn't that bright, it's just conveniently positioned...

There is no colors if you are dog and earth is flat if you are frog.

If you are a bird, you don't need GPL. If you are a clone, you don't need CoC

They're pretty much the same as CPU cooling fans and those run for years without problems. Most of them.
