RX 580 idles at 1300mhz core clock

It is a bug in the amdgpu driver probably. Make a bug report.

Encountered another guy with the same gpu and 4k screen, who has the same exact issue. So if this is not some special feature it seems it would be a bug. Where would i post this as a bug report? Should i maybe ask about posting it as a bug report somewhere beforehand, so that i would not be called a dickhead for posting something that might not be a bug?
