I ran out of breath reading that, and then I had to read it again because it didn't make sense at first. "more on their next steps is being formulated" seems like awkward language to me.

EDIT: "there appears to be some consensus on moving forward this API/library as its own standalone project" also seems like it was written by a Chinese intern.

I agree the text is written very badly, it's a mess but...

Don't be racist, please. A Chinese intern that doesn't have enough English knowledge is okay. It's understandable people native at non-alphabet languages might be more prone to have horrible skills with alphabet-based languages (and the same at reverse), but that's not a white or black rule (and I'm not talking about skin color, alt-righters and leftist paranoids ).

- lib Nothing Invented Here ALLOCator.

- lib "Fuck You, Nvidia" ALLOCator.

- lib NVidia CRAP ALLOCator
