FreeSync/G-Sync is all the rage these days and you can't use ULMB with G-Sync. So...

Unfortunately no LCD monitors are able to display HDR without cheating (local dimming, which introduces high local color variations).

OLED can do it and, more importantly, quantum dot.

OLED surely can, but not "quantum dot"(QLED); which is just a fancy name for the latest filters Samsung puts on their LCD panels.
