    Sure I can name dozens. Check out -any- Unigine game or demo. None of them are even anywhere close to opengl compliant.

    EDIT: Like I said workarounds in mesa for non-compliant behavior exhibited by games developed on nvidia's driver is proof beyond any doubt. Check out mesa. The facts are -all- there.

    EDIT: Actually , I'm remembering an instance where nvidia admitted their driver isn't compliant. It was something along the lines of, they can't make it compliant because no game is perfect and they all need per application optimizations. If I can remember enough to find it I'll post a link here.
