      VK_KHR_draw_indirect_count must be VK_AMD_draw_indirect_count promoted core KHR spec.

          I wonder if this includes fixes from the 396.18.11 driver?

          Well it appears to work with xorg 1.20 so that's a improvement over 18.11.

            Does this fix crashing on boot with 396.x on Palit 1060 cards ?
