    This sort of thing could make a MAJOR difference in the performance of GPU accelerated applications liked Kdenlive with Movit enabled if properly used. Will this work with discrete GPUs or only with onboard graphics? I DO know that in Windows GPUs are normally able to access system ram when all their own is full, with a slowdown to the speed of the PCI-e bus but still not as bad as a copy job is now.
