I just tried Ubuntu 15.10 final on a laptop with i5 5200U and while it seems to work without apparent errors, the UI responsiveness is extremely slow. Everything animated is choppy and has noticeable lag. That includes moving windows or even just the mouse pointer. I would guess that the system is running on a software renderer, however glxinfo says otherwise.

OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 11.0.2
OpenGL core profile shading language version string: 3.30
OpenGL core profile context flags: (none)
OpenGL core profile profile mask: core profile
OpenGL core profile extensions:

OpenGL extensions:
OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 3.0 Mesa 11.0.2
OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 3.00

Another interesting find is that while the animation is choppy, mozilla hwaccel is reporting 60+ fps!
