There is intel 'ilo' gallium driver (however I known it's not supported by Intel, it's slower, bugged, experimental, with less features and less hardware support, but just to let you know).

The "Gen 8" Broadwell support doing GL 3.3 on Linux puts it on par with current-generation Haswell graphics.

Lol what a nonsense. Haswell supports OpenGL 4.2 with newest windows drivers.
