  • Intel Sandy Bridge - Graphics corruption

Hello it is my first thread here, and i am posting because i am having crazy bugs on my Sandy Bridge IGP notebook, the textures are black in most games as True Combat CQB, HoN and Unigine Tropics and Heaven. And the game flickering much too. Software: Tested on Linux Mint and ArchLinux, Xorg 10.1 (Mint) 10.3 (Arch), Mesa 7.12 (compiled), DRM (Compiled) and xf86-video-intel (Compiled with and without "--enable-sna"). If anyone have the same problem solved please help me.

      Just a mistake

The problem was not resolved, even using the latest drivers from 26 September (git), and Arch Linux kernel 3.1rc7. A screenshot of the problem:http://ompldr.org/vYWprdA

This is exactly the same corruption I get with Minecraft. It's very irritating and appears to be relating to alpha channels or blending. (It's only on see through textures). This is on a new Lenovo x121e (HD3127?) running Arch Linux stable. Would love a fix for this.

So, my laptop is not the same as yours but we have the same video card. This problem is not related to the use of the latest drivers but with their incompatibility with the HD3000 IGP. The bug was reported and others seem to share the same problem https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39730 . The worst thing is that developers are not paying attention to our problem.
