    Nice that avx10 and APX are becoming real, but ...

    Thanks to Intel's stupid naming, AVX512 and AMX doubled the number of extensions, couldn't them just group intructions together in avx512 like with SSE, SSE2 and so on?

      Different hardware AVX is vector AMX is matrix.

        I know this and it dont change anything.

        Intel could do AMX, AMX2, AMX3 and so on. Like grouping INT8, INT16 and COMPLEX in 1 extension.
