    What you are admitting is that the default kernel shipped with Fedora sucks and you have to go in and modify it to your liking.

    With Windows there is no need to do that because it's perfect right out of the box.

We have desktop apps written in javascript. Web is a mess and web browsers are even worse peace of digital world.           Agree with today overall quality of code.
          Anyway, Haiku can do a lot of stuff running with 256 MB of RAM.
