That example (& many other) illustrates why we might believe that - AMD had (stress that _had_) a chance - it's obvious that AMD's top-tier management (plus lower levels?) will never - it's been >10 yrs of AMD silicon/hardware advantage over x86 competition - absolutely never, learn how to steer the company onto the safe waters.
