    Now some interrupt, cycle, register, pin or whatever of the PCIe will be devoted to LEDs, and some protocol bureaucracy or caveat will make sure that the overall impact is nowhere close to the actual bandwidth proportion.

      only 2 brightness states are allowed: LED_ON (1) or LED_OFF (0).
