        It would be great if the driver would support Haswell and maybe sometime some dev has some free time to devote on this and adds this support. I would really appreciate that.
        However this might just stay a dream for a long time (or forever).

          It won't happen, the Gen architecture pre-Broadwell is too different and has already been explicitly stated they won't add pre-Gen8 support.
