Is it compatible with Haswell architecture?
In the SVT site I can noly find "The SVT encoder architecture is designed specifically for x86 processors, and heavily optimized for Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors in particular".
I would like to have accelerated HEVC in Hanswell, since with some 4k x265 files sometimes I have stuttering problems (with mpv and VLC players)...
