So AMD is working on Gallium-less RadeonSI due to RADV. And now... Intel adopts Gallium?

Not entirely. RadeonSI is still based on the Gallium architecture, but it -- and other Gallium drivers -- have been working on moving away from (or complementing) TGSI as the Gallium intermediate representation with supporting NIR. Iris is also focusing on NIR as the preferred IR.

Intel call their graphics Intel HD Graphics. For the high-performance part, they call it Intel Iris Graphics and Intel Iris Pro Graphics.

Skylake / Kabylake / Coffeelake / Whiskeylake.

Yes, it should work with HD/UHD Graphics including the 620. Iris is just their branding reserved for their high-end parts.
