Phoronix: Intel ANV Vulkan Driver Lands shaderInt16 Support

As of this morning Intel's "ANV" open-source Vulkan driver now has 16-bit integer support for shaders (shaderInt16) as one more feature to cross-off the TODO list...

Overall, the Intel Vulkan driver is in great shape --
This remainds me, how are Ivy Bridge and Haswell with ANV? Are they able to run any games nowadays with Vulkan? Just curious, not that this is very important since those are hardly any good graphics chips for typical Vulkan games.

Gamecube/Wii emulator Dolphin runs reasonably well in Vulkan mode on my i7-3520M : Ivy Bridge with HD4000
Lots of (old) AAA games there
