    memory leaks are excruciating in xbmc. When I use the 13.6_beta the hdmi audio distortion is present. This driver work very well with vlc.

    We'll see. How many OpenGL 4.3 programs are there? It took AMD more than a year to support that, and it didn't seem to hurt them at all.

    ATI is shooting themselves in the foot by not providing drivers. The programs utilizing this will come soon, since Nvidia supports it. Whether ATI supports it or not will not matter. Who will be affected? ATI customers.

    You seem to be confused.

    Is ATI shooting themselves in the foot by not providing drivers? Or will the apps not come until the drivers are provided? Make up your mind.

    Hint: they won't come until the drivers are ready. Which means ATI can take as long as they want.
