You are aware that this thing is an i586 without FPU? means it wont run any code in the wild since about the mid `90, and just about nothing from a binary distro (like debian/ubuntu).
This processor is a damn abortion brought back to life 2 decades later, and a good reason to drop any support for its kin.

We had an intel rep presenting this thing, the guy was really depressed trying to switch subject from binary compatibility to source compatibility or compiler support and later back when the logical questions came.
why do I care if its x86 if it wont run any current code (and code running on this thing will be a very bad fit for other modern CPUs)?
what exactly should this thing be used for, if the competing products have the market covered quite nicely? (and Quarks are just barely competive because of the manufacturing process, an intel advantage that will just shrink as lithography comes to its limits)
