I have a Phenom 9650 that I like to keep OCed to 2.9GHz. Stability is not an issue here. The problem is Cool ?n?Quiet under Linux. Under Windows CnQ works fine, lowering the multi and CPU voltage and upping those values all the way up when under heavy load, using the overclocked frequencies. Under Linux CnQ "works" in that it scales frequencies, but it seems to ignore overclock settings. When I check the frequency tables it only lists the stock values, and indeed when I check the CPU frequency when under load it only goes up to 2.3GHz (the stock freq. of the CPU). What gives?
