Are these contributions actually by Qualcomm or from the Raspberry Pi Foundation, or is this another case of random community members having to contribute these fixes? For the single most popular Linux-based single-board computer the actual upstream support is honestly laughable at launch, it feels like the community is just left to mop up the mess.

Kudos to Odroid for their M1S and M2 boards. Makes me wonder why Raspberry Pi 5 need around 1 year to get the BCM2712 initial support upstreamed. Or did I made a mistake and actually comparing apple to orange?Last edited by AkulaMD; 16 September 2024, 07:51 PM.
