        "This AMD Platform Management Framework in Linux 6.1 is now ready to go ahead of next-gen AMD Ryzen systems having this platform capability."

        Does this mean that the exising 6000 series APU's don't support the PMF functionality arriving in kernel 6.1?

          Rembrandt is the first platform to support this. There is an option in the PMF driver to enable this on rembrandt for testing.
